Group Skating Lessons
The Skating Collaborative is proud to offer group lessons this summer and autumn at the Albany County Hockey Facility over seven Fridays (Sept. 13th, 20th, 27th Oct. 6th, 13th, 20th & Nov. 4th) from 5:30pm-7:15pm. Basic Skating Group Lessons (no experience necessary) and S.M.A.R.T. Skate group training (some experience necessary) will both be offered.
Program Descriptions/Sample Schedules
Basic Skating Group Lessons - Ages 4 to adult - no experience necessary; skaters grouped by age & ability - includes 30-minute on-ice group lesson & 30 minute on-ice individual practice time (example: group lesson from 5:30pm-6:00pm & individual practice from 6:00pm-6:30pm) - loaner skates available
S.M.A.R.T. Skate Group Training - Ages 6 to adult - requires ability to skate forward & backward at a beginner's pace (approximately equivalent to USFS Basic 4) and desire to advance quickly through focus and repetition; skaters grouped by age & ability; includes 60 minute on-ice group lesson/supervised training & 30 minute off-ice group lesson (example: on-ice from 5:30pm-6:30pm & off-ice from 6:45pm-7:15pm).

Pricing
Group Skating Lessons will be staged at 5:30pm at ACHF on seven Fridays from September 13th - November 4th (excluding October 27th).
Basic Skating Group Lessons
costs $140 for seven sessions.
S.M.A.R.T. Skate Group Training costs $224 for seven sessions.
Payment can be made by Venmo (@TheSkatingCollaborative), cash or check. Venmo is the preferred payment method. Click the link below to register.
